Hi, I’m Natalie!
Life can be challenging, and everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed and need some support. In my work, I provide a caring, nonjudgmental environment for adolescents, adults, and their families to speak openly about their lives and to explore their true selves. Therapy is meant to be collaborative, so picture me as a trusted guide walking beside you as you face what comes next.
As a queer and genderfluid human, I recognize that people hold multiple complex identities. Understanding these intersecting parts starts with respect and grows through exploring one’s past, including the discomfort that can bring. As someone trained to work with survivors of difficult experiences, I can offer trauma-informed care. As an avid gamer and LEGO builder, I enjoy finding creative and occasionally humorous ways through stuck feelings. I specialize in working with young people, people with anxiety, and folks in the LGBTQ+ community.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Lehigh University and my PsyD at Adler University. My approach is primarily rooted in Adlerian psychology and ACT. If you feel I’d be a good fit to work with you, contact me. The first step is often the hardest, so reach out whenever you’re ready. I look forward to meeting you!
